Chip Testing Engineer

Position responsibilities:

1 Be experienced in semiconductor production test, with two years of experience in semiconductor testing;

2 Be familiar with precision digital circuit testing and semiconductor testing principles;

3 Be familiar with semiconductor integrated circuit test and measurement process;

4 Be skilled use of mainstream ATE;

5 With strong team spirit, communication skills, learning ability and the ability of problem analysis;

6 With much working experience in packaging and testing plant is preferred.

Job requirements:

1 Draw up the chip test specification;

2 The design and debugging of program testing;

3 Testing data analysis, optimize the testing method and testing process;

4 Failure analysis of mass production chip.

Education requirements:

 No gender requirements, No age requirements,1-3 years working experience.
